Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight shifts
- Optimize warehouse processes using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with overnight shift management
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
