Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation of stock levels
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
