Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all shifts
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
