Responsibilities
- Lead 8-10 member night shift team in daily warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receiving/shipping processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Generate daily performance reports and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
