Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance in all activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery metrics
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain communication with day-shift leadership
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team training programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
