Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows during the night shift to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Team Management: Mentor, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor product accuracy and shipping standards to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shift Coordination: Manage shift handovers, prepare detailed shift reports, and coordinate closely with day-shift management.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage personnel and equipment resources to optimize productivity during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively and handle conflict resolution in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
