Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS systems
- Conduct daily operational briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve logistical challenges and escalate critical issues
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Valid California driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
