Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure targets are met with zero safety incidents.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of night shift staff to maintain high productivity.
- Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational at all times.
- Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Enforce strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments.
- Conduct nightly safety audits and address any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (minimum 2 years).
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator certification.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License required.
