Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 warehouse staff during night shift operations
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS technology
- Conduct quality control audits and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule
