Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring accurate inventory control and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in 24/7 operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
