- Implement process improvements for 99%+ accuracy
- Resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Conduct weekly team training sessions
- Generate shift performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS software (SAP preferred)
- Valid California forklift certification
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Proven shift leadership metrics
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
