Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the night shift team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics departments.
- Address and resolve operational issues in real-time.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
