Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate shift reports and KPI performance metrics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
