Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with day shift management for operational continuity
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS and automation systems
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
