- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Manage inventory control systems, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation

- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Handle incident reporting and documentation per company policy
- Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
