Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory rotation for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime and report KPI metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless 24-hour operations
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Basic Excel and reporting software proficiency
