Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Monitor inventory systems and conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance during all operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for smooth operational handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and data analysis capabilities
