Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Prepare daily performance reports and KPI metrics
- Train new hires on equipment handling and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (supervisory role a plus)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
