Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and shipping processes to meet daily production targets
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor inventory levels and optimize workflow efficiency
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition and operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, overnight environment
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
