Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
- Address operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
