Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and warehouse optimization
- Implement process improvements for receiving, storage, and distribution workflows
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend operational adjustments
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover processes
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish/English bilingualism strongly preferred
