Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
