Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all night shift activities
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during overnight hours
- Conduct regular quality checks and report operational metrics to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Excellent leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours and make critical decisions
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
