Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure efficient workflow of inbound/outbound shipments with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift management
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with lean manufacturing background
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
