Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Train new hires on SOPs and OSHA protocols
- Resolve operational issues during overnight shifts with minimal downtime
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift focus
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Associate degree in Logistics or related field
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid Washington state driver's license
