Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight shift operations
- Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems
- Prepare shift reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
