Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the night shift team to ensure all production targets and timelines are met.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate goals, address concerns, and provide training to staff.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Handle disciplinary actions and performance reviews for the night shift crew in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar) consistently.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
