Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates, assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with safety compliance and regulatory standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
