Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 associates through performance coaching and task delegation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies during all shift activities
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling to prevent downtime
- Generate daily shift reports and KPI analysis for senior management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift exposure
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop diverse teams
- Forklift certification and advanced knowledge of WMS/MRP systems
- Strong analytical abilities for inventory reconciliation and process optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure during peak operational hours
- Physical ability to walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
