Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse associates, ensuring daily productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting cycle counts and audits
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, WMS systems)
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with receiving, shipping, and quality assurance teams
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions for night shift personnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training completion
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and operational metrics
- Excellent conflict resolution and team development abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for 8+ hours
