Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and quality control
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed performance documentation
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners) and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and lean principles
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- WMS experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and data literacy
