Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with day shift for seamless operations
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and communicate with management team
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain experience with supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Valid California driver's license
