Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Optimize warehouse workflows for peak overnight efficiency
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Address operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company regulations
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
