Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 warehouse associates with clear performance metrics
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all shift activities
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Utilize WMS systems to track shipments and update inventory statuses in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with proven night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with OSHA safety standards and incident reporting
