Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates and ensure productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, order picking, and shipping processes
- Train and develop staff members on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and report equipment maintenance needs
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day shift management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with WMS software and inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
