Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Generate daily productivity and performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
