Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak processing hours
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse automation systems
- Conduct nightly performance reviews and shift handovers
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for 100% night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate warehouse environment
