Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, achieving zero-incident performance metrics
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proven leadership with team supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
