Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift associates, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems (SAP/JDA)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Manage equipment operations (forklifts, conveyors) and maintenance scheduling
- Address escalated client issues with precision and professionalism
- Train new hires on SOPs and company standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid forklift certification with 2+ years operating experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
