Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to ensure peak operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance protocols
- Implement safety standards and OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and distribution teams
- Optimize workflow processes using WMS technology and data analytics
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to drive accountability
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with lean Six Sigma background preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
