Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely dock operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Optimize inventory processes using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and report KPIs to management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL environment
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software
- Proven leadership with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to work 10PM-6AM schedule with weekend rotation
