Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in overnight operations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanners
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with inventory control and process optimization
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
