Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team and daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless 24/3 operations
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
