Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient stock rotation procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification required
- Experience with 24/7 operations scheduling
