Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with OSHA compliance standards
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
