Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate shift reports and KPI dashboards for daily performance review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, or similar)
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up/counterbalance)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (Sun-Thu 10 PM-6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
