Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 overnight warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Optimize workflow for receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in overnight operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
