Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Optimize warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and logistics partners
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid NC driver's license (required for equipment operation)
