Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members during 10pm-6am operations
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping processes to meet daily targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues during night operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Night shift supervisory background strongly preferred
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Oregon driver's license
