Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and dock operations
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
